OVERVIEW
What started as a speculative concept for the ‘Future Design’ course, resulted in a successful brand identity, exploring how nature and technology can work together to improve indoor environments. The project began with a simple observation: classrooms and offices often suffer from poor air quality, impacting focus, productivity, and wellbeing. The concept introduces BIO-TELLIGENCE as a company dedicated to healthier indoor climates through intelligent, nature-powered systems.
At the center sits MOSS (Modular Oxygen Sustaining System), a smart green wall that improves air quality while providing real-time environmental feedback. The visual identity, developed through brand design, art direction, and motion design, balances organic inspiration with geometric precision, expressing the intersection of sustainability and technology.
IDENTITY
For BIO-TELLIGENCE, the visual identity needed to communicate a balance between nature, technology and future-thinking innovation. The brand language blends organic inspiration with geometric precision. The logo is constructed from structured forms that symbolize technological systems while subtly referencing natural growth and harmony.
A green-driven color palette reinforces the connection to sustainability and wellbeing, supported by deep contrast tones and clean white space. This combination creates a visual system that feels both organic and advanced.
Typography plays an important role in reinforcing the brand’s modern character. Clean, structured typefaces give the identity a technological edge while maintaining accessibility and clarity across digital environments. The tone of voice is optimistic and solution-oriented, built around the belief that technology and nature can work together to improve daily environments. Together these elements shape a brand that feels forward-thinking while remaining human and approachable.
PRODUCT: MOSS
To clearly separate the company from its main offering, the core product was given its own identity: MOSS.
MOSS stands for Modular Oxygen Sustaining System, a smart living wall designed to improve indoor air quality while actively monitoring environmental conditions. The system integrates natural plant systems with smart sensors, creating a hybrid solution that both filters air naturally and provides measurable environmental data.
From a branding perspective, MOSS inherits the visual language of Bio-Telligence while maintaining a distinct product identity. This ensures the product feels like a natural extension of the brand rather than a separate concept.
The result is a product that is both functional and visually recognizable, positioned at the intersection of sustainability, design and intelligent technology.
DIGITAL EXPERIENCE
The digital dashboard forms the main interaction layer between users and the MOSS system.
The interface was designed to translate environmental data into a clear and intuitive experience. Rather than overwhelming users with technical information, the dashboard focuses on presenting only the most relevant insights.
